We have a constant demand for large residential properties, conversions, both contemporaryand traditional throughout Yorkshire. At this moment we are looking for the following locations for tv and commercials projects ;

North Yorkshire

We are looking for a traditional farmhouse with out buildings and land. We are due to film mainly interior scenes in the kitchen / living room and would ideally like both of these rooms to have window views over the Dales. We are also filming exterior scenes and again would like interesting views across valleys or over woodland.

Barn Conversions anywhere in North Yorkshire. We have a constant demand for large residentail properties and conversions.

Leeds

We are looking for spacious loft apartments with lots of interesting interior features. This could either be a new build that could offer space on several floors or a conversion that is spacious with industrial features. There is a constant demand for 'urban living spaces' in Leeds...

There is a huge demand for properties with large stylish kitchens and large living rooms / dining rooms.

Whitby & Scarborough

We are looking for large detatched period properties and farms, within their own grounds. Properties that can be used for filming any period from 1960's to early 1970's are ideal.

Huddersfield & Villages

We have a request for large open plan loft apartments and conversions within the town centre and villages.

We are also looking for substantial properties with stunning views and large kitchen / dining rooms within a 5 mile radius (approx) of the town centre. Barns and conversions are always sought after in Huddersfield (& Halifax!).

Harrogate

We have constant requests for commercial projects for large properties with both modern or traditional kitchens and large living room /dining rooms.
