I had my property used for filming for a tv drama series as one of the main characters houses. The filming was over a four month period but never for more than two days at a time. The design team had to change various pieces of furniture when they came to film. It was an enjoyable experience, the crew were very polite and I made a reasonable amount of money. The house was put back to how it was after filming was finished. I have registered my property as I am keen to have it used again.

We have a portfolio of contemporary apartments and some have been used for filming for both tv drama and also commercials. When we have an apartment that is available we have no problems with tv companies making use of it. We know that the apartment will always be handed back to us in perfect condition and we will receive a fee for the hire.

My restaurant has been used for filming several times and it has always been smooth running. I always quite enjoy it, its a bit of fun. The film crew will use the restaurant and be packed up and away before my trade begins.

Industrial

I was approached by a film production company who were interested in building studio sets in my warehouse. They required a lot of preparation time to build their sets before they even started filming. The filming didn't cause me any problems at all. The film crew thaught my warehouse was a fantastic space to work in and I found it a great way to generate income.
